Actor and dancer Nora Fatehi gained recognition in the Indian entertainment industry after her appearance in the song “Dilbar” from the film Satyameva Jayate (2018), which became one of the most viewed music videos of the year and significantly boosted her visibility in Bollywood.

Born in Toronto to a Moroccan family, Fatehi developed an interest in dance at a young age and trained in various styles including belly dance and Bollywood choreography. She entered the Indian film industry with the film Roar: Tigers of the Sundarbans (2014), marking the beginning of her on-screen career.

She later appeared on television reality shows including Bigg Boss (2015) and Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa (2016), where she showcased her dance performances and gained wider public recognition.

Fatehi also performed in special song appearances in multiple films, including “Manohari” from Baahubali: The Beginning. Her performance in “Dilbar” further strengthened her position as a dance performer in the industry and contributed to her growing popularity across digital platforms.

In connection with the Sukesh Chandrashekhar case, investigative agencies questioned her as a witness. She has denied wrongdoing, and no charges have been filed against her.
